The Club Pilates Front Desk in Portland, Maine has a part-time opening. The candidate must be available to work the following shifts: 1.) Fridays 8:00 a.m.

• 1:00 p.m. 2.) Two (2) weekend day shifts per month from 8:00 a.m.
• 1:00 p.m (Saturday) or 8:00 a.m.
• 12:00 p.

We are currently building our team for the Portland, ME studio, and we are seeking qualified Front Desk workers that are focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. The right candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, and can juggle daily tasks, while interacting with clients to create a fun, supportive and meaningful community!

Job Duties:

Greet clients as they enter with 1-on-1 personal interaction Lead new clients through on-boarding process with waiver and introduction Respond to telephone and email inquiries Maintain accurate records using established sales system Help clients determine which package best fits their needs Process accurate cash and credit card transactions Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients Input inventory for retail clothing and other items Assist members with downloading and using the Club Pilates app Take pictures for social media platforms Clean retail area, studio, and restrooms
