Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and outgoing Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior cannabis industry experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients find the right products for their needs. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner Provide product education and recommendations based on patient needs Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations Accurately process transactions using POS systems Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor Restock inventory and assist with daily operational tasks Verify patient credentials and required documentation Qualifications Previous experience in the cannabis industry required Customer service experience strongly preferred Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance Must meet all state requirements to work in a cannabis dispensary RIC card preferred (we are willing to sponsor the right candidate) What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive team environment RIC card sponsorship for qualified candidates If you are passionate about cannabis, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
