Job Summary You MUST be 21+ to work here due to the nature of the products we sell. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to come join our team for 24 hours a week. You will be required to work Tuesday and Saturday for 12 hours each day from 9am to 9pm ​and this is non-negotiable. This is your standard retail sales associate position. This position starts at $16.50/Hour Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and demonstrate features Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products and accessories by understanding customer needs and highlighting relevant items Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to maximize sales potential Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus A Smartphone is required and you will be required to download WhatsApp, if you don't already have it, in order to join the work chat and communicate all questions and concerns in a timely manner Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Experience working in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
