Retail Sales Associate - Ryan Club Cigar Lounge

We are focused on creating a premium experience for our customers, including knowledgeable recommendations, outstanding service, and a comfortable environment. We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, helping customers find the products they need, providing product knowledge, and ensuring that the store is clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, willingness to learn about the products, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect product.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with product information. Checks customers ID to ensure they are at least 21 years of age. Assist customers in finding the products they need. Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs. Process payments and answer customer inquiries. Processes product exchanges or refunds as needed. Organize merchandise displays and maintain store cleanliness. Collects payment using the store point of sale system. Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the store. Assists customers with purchase decisions. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Applicants must be 21 years or order Previous retail experience preferred. On-the-job training provided. Working knowledge of the industry and merchandise. Ability to recommend merchandise to customers. Ability to operate or to quickly learn the stores point-of-sale system. Comfortable working in an environment with secondhand smoke present
