Budtender Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival, assist customers with product choices, maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, confirm containers contain appropriate products, weighing, reception, and cleaning. Experience with cannabis systems including Dutchie is a plus! Full-time, 30-40 hours / week. Must be available to work nights/weekends Starting wage $14.00/HR

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
• Knowledge of retail math and merchandising techniques
• Previous experience in a grocery store setting
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to learn POS systems and product demos
• Supervising experience is advantageous for potential growth opportunities.
