Overview Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face customers rely on for expert advice and exceptional service! Whether helping customers find the perfect plant or managing stock, your positive attitude and organizational skills will shine here. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on lawn care, landscape maintenance, floral design, and gardening products Assist customers with product selection, plant identification, and horticulture-related questions to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and sales processing Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and available Support outdoor work activities such as plant care, landscaping tasks, and seasonal floral arrangements Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information on products or store services Manage inventory levels through stocking and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in outdoor or garden centers Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, or floral design is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customers Experience in outdoor work environments or gardening enhances your ability to assist customers effectively Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain attractive displays Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and outdoor conditions as needed Join us to cultivate your career in a vibrant retail environment where your passion for plants and customer service can flourish!
