A knowledge and passion for today's fashion is helpful in keeping up with current trends, and keeping the store looking fresh. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting items they may be in search of. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management. Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stocking to promote sales opportunities. Manage inventory levels by organizing stock, conducting stock checks, and replenishing shelves efficiently. Offer exceptional customer service via in-person interactions and phone communication to address inquiries about products or services. Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting with online orders and coordinating in-store pickup or delivery options when needed. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for fashion and design is a plus. Strong communication skills Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Excellent organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a tidy store environment. Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers confidently over the phone or in person. Ability to be self-motivated and self-disciplined, without direct oversight.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 - 28.0 per week
