Full-time, W-2 Zenith Glow is hiring a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide customer service and sales support inside an established retail location in Canton, Michigan. This is an in-person, hourly-paid W-2 position with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and identify their needs Explain available products, services, and promotions Answer questions and recommend suitable options Assist with customer enrollment and sales transactions Maintain accurate product and promotion knowledge Work with the retail sales team to meet performance goals

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers Willingness to learn through paid training and coaching Retail, restaurant, hospitality, wireless sales, customer service, or cashier experience is helpful but not required

Compensation:

This position provides a guaranteed hourly wage of $16-$20 per hour, paid weekly, with additional performance-based incentives available.
