Handle retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and loan processing to ensure correct transaction amounts. Support loan collections and processing activities by verifying customer information and updating financial software systems. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding customers through financial products. Maintain a clean, organized retail space while adhering to cash handling procedures and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively. Experience with retail store operations including cash handling, cashiering, or retail math is highly desirable.
