Duties:
```- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals ```
Requirements:
```- Previous experience in cash handling and sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales is an asset
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
