The job title role is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor. The role will help execute pricing and promotional programs, process transactions accurately at the register, and follow company policies and procedures. Team members collaborate closely with store leadership to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and uphold safety and loss prevention standards. The position may also involve opening and closing responsibilities, participating in truck unloads, and contributing to an engaging, customer-focused store environment. Qualifications Ability to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and communicate clearly with shoppers and team members. Basic retail skills including cash handling, point-of-sale operation, and inventory or stockroom support. Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and moving fixtures safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, signage, and store presentation. Reliability in meeting scheduled shifts, following procedures, and supporting team and store goals. Prior retail or discount store experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn and grow within the company is highly valued. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
