Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality components through precision machining. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other related equipment. Your expertise will ensure that parts are manufactured to exact specifications, contributing to our commitment to excellence and efficiency. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will drive manufacturing success. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines such as milling machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate machining. Perform routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part quality. Maintain machine tools by performing basic maintenance tasks; troubleshoot issues related to tooling or mechanical components. Handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility, including materials handling and packaging finished products for shipment. Follow safety protocols diligently; operate forklifts when necessary for material movement within the warehouse or fabrication areas. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks involving fabrication, welding, or tooling adjustments to meet production goals. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing experience working with CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or stamping presses. Familiarity with blueprint reading and GD&T standards to ensure precise machining operations. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling setup, calibration, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience operating hand tools, welding equipment, press brake machines, and fabricating components in a manufacturing environment. Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
