Position Summary We're looking for a dependable and motivated Food Prep Team Member to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in preparing fresh ingredients, and understands that the little details make a big difference. Your work helps ensure our customers receive the quality food and service they've come to expect from The Grind. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients for menu items, including washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food. Assist with the preparation of sandwiches, salads, soups, baked goods, and other menu offerings. Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Label, date, and properly store food items. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Help monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Receive and put away deliveries as needed. Assist cooks and other kitchen team members during busy periods. Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks. Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed. What We're Looking For Previous food service experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently. Team player who enjoys helping others. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
