You don't necessarily need years of jewelry experience to be successful with us. We're interested in people who genuinely enjoy working with others, know how to provide exceptional customer service, are comfortable asking for the sale, and want to build a career in a relationship-based sales environment. Experience in jewelry sales, retail sales, luxury retail, commission sales, bridal, fashion, hospitality, furniture sales, automotive sales, or another customer-focused sales environment is a plus. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of that tradition. What You'll Do As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you'll do much more than simply sell jewelry. You'll build relationships with customers and help them celebrate some of the most important moments of their lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome customers and create a warm, professional, memorable experience. Build genuine relationships and learn about each customer's needs, style, story, and occasion. Sell fine jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, fashion jewelry, watches, and gifts. Guide bridal customers through engagement ring and wedding band purchases. Educate customers on jewelry features, benefits, diamonds, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship. Confidently present merchandise and ask for the sale . Recommend complementary pieces and identify add-on opportunities. Work toward individual and store sales goals. Participate in sales contests and incentive programs. Develop repeat customers and referral business. Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and appointments. Maintain customer wish lists and actively clientel your customer base. Assist with custom jewelry and special-order opportunities. Assist customers with jewelry repair and service needs. Communicate professionally throughout the entire customer experience. Participate in store events, promotions, trunk shows, and holiday selling. Maintain beautiful, organized showcases and a professional sales floor. Accurately process transactions and maintain customer information. Participate in ongoing product knowledge, jewelry, and sales training. Work as part of a team to ensure sales opportunities are never missed. Provide the level of service that keeps customers returning to Branham's for generations. Are available to work Saturdays and important holiday retail periods.
