  • Farmington Hills What You'll Be Doing Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers on all equipment.
Maximize the customer experience by identifying needs and recommending complete solutions that fit their goals and budget. Understand product specs, pricing, and how products compare. Create an engaging in-store experience using displays and demos. Identify customer needs and recommend complete solutions, including financing options. Handle customer questions and follow up on sales to ensure satisfaction. Make outbound calls to new and existing commercial customers. Load and demonstrate purchased equipment and prep handheld equipment. Financing options and processing for all responsible equipment Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates. What We'll Need from You 2+ years of professional sales experience in a similar role Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturer equipment manuals and specifications Proficiency with standard desktop software, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing, product information, and numbers Basic math skills with the ability to accurately perform calculations related to sales transactions Pay Range Total compensation ranges from $41,000
  • 80,000, based on an hourly rate of $20/hour and individual sales performance.
Commission structure:
10% on Adjusted Gross Margin (AGM) up to $240,000/year 30% on AGM exceeding $240,000/year When and Where You'll Be Working Weingartz
