Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pandora Manager to lead our retail operations and sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store activities, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive shopping environment. The Pandora Manager will utilize strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and comprehensive product knowledge to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail team to ensure high levels of customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability. Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, POS system management, and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Implement effective pricing strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue. Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports on store performance, and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Coordinate purchasing activities, manage vendor relationships, and oversee inventory management systems. Supervise scheduling, shift management, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Support budgeting processes and assist in managing store expenses to meet financial targets. Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, particularly in sales team supervision or store management roles. Strong knowledge of retail operations including POS systems, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment. Experience with retail math calculations related to pricing, sales analysis, and inventory control. Familiarity with retail industry sales techniques and customer service standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of operational management practices including budgeting, training & development, and leadership principles.
