Job Description
Clarity Cannabis is seeking knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Budtenders to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cannabis, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Educate customers on cannabis flower, concentrates, edibles, vapes, and infused products Recommend products based on customer preferences and experience level Process transactions accurately using POS systems Verify customer identification and ensure all sales follow Michigan cannabis regulations Maintain knowledge of current products, strains, terpenes, and promotions Assist with stocking, inventory organization, and merchandising displays Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor Communicate product feedback and customer trends to management Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must be able to pass background requirements per Michigan cannabis regulations
