Description Supports the sales team by processing incoming requests. Ensures requests include all needed information to generate accurate and timely quotes. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and creates a positive customer experience. Flexible hybrid scheduling options available. Job Responsibilities Processes incoming quote requests promptly and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurate.

Works with customers and/or internal teams to resolve issues with missing and/or incorrect information.

Collaborates with sales, estimators, production, and other internal teams to gather pricing, lead times, and other relevant details needed to prepare accurate quotes.

Supports new product launch activities including part number creation, entering and invoicing tooling purchase orders, and entering PPAP and special purchase orders.

Maintains accurate records of all quote requests, updates, and communications in the company's quoting system.

Conducts mass price updates and maintains customer scorecards.

Coordinates with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensures prompt resolution of customer issues. Job Skill Requirements Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and quoting software, as well as standard office productivity tools.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Commitment to providing a positive customer experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Ability to navigate multiple Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) systems. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.

Associate degree in business, sales, or similar preferred. Experience Requirements Two years of experience in customer service.
