We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as either Budtenders or Assistant Managers , depending on experience and qualifications. Whether you're looking to grow into leadership or start on the sales floor, we provide opportunities for advancement in a professional and friendly environment. Qualifications Must be 21+ years of age Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift 10-25 lbs and maintain a clean, organized environment Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude Previous retail or customer service experience required; budtending or management experience preferred Must be detail-oriented and responsible with register/cash handling Ability to follow direction from General and Floor Managers and work as part of a team Leadership experience required for Assistant Manager consideration Responsibilities Budtender Duties Engage with customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations Maintain a positive, approachable demeanor with professionalism Keep shelves and the budroom stocked, organized, and clean Manage register/area with accuracy throughout shifts Adhere to company policies and compliance regulations Assistant Manager Duties (in addition to Budtender duties) Support General and Floor Managers with daily operations Supervise and assist budtenders during shifts Handle register and cash accountability for the team Help with scheduling, coverage, and shift management Ensure compliance and operational standards are consistently met Address customer or employee issues with professionalism and problem-solving Work Schedule & Benefits Flexible hours with provided 15-minute paid and 30-minute unpaid breaks Tips earned during shifts are not split Schedules based on availability provided; call-offs must be covered/swapped Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles Work in a team-focused environment passionate about cannabis How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your interest in the Assistant Manager / Budtender position at GreenPharm Cannabis Co.
