We are seeking a Full-Time Entry Level AT&T Team Member to assist customers with learning about AT&T Fiber services, setting up new accounts, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. As an Entry Level AT&T Team Member, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, provide product education, and support them throughout the enrollment and onboarding process. Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Team Member Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, service activation, and installation scheduling to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Answer customer questions regarding AT&T Fiber services, account features, and available options with confidence and professionalism. Maintain accurate customer information and assist with account updates, documentation, and follow-up communications. Build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support and ensuring a positive overall experience. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service while contributing to customer satisfaction and team success. Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of AT&T products, customer service best practices, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Team Member High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a people-focused role is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers and building relationships. Organized and detail-oriented when managing customer information and account processes. Eagerness to learn new skills, grow professionally, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
