The Gilmore Car Museum is hiring for permanent part time retail associates! The Retail Store Associate assists in providing oversight for the smooth operation of the Retail Store. This includes all general Museum non-food service retail efforts, including but not limited to an onsite physical store, online, on-site mobile or other retail endeavors. This includes assisting with the day-to-day operations.

The Retail Store Associate Duties:

Assist with the daily store operations including the following: Opening store: confirm daily start up cash and store presentation. Maintain proper Store appearance replenishing merchandise. Manage customer service including serving as an information center. Greet customers, manage admissions and store sales, provide map and directions. Work directly with museum partners as required to display and stock their merchandise. Receive merchandise, process merchandise and organize displays as directed by retail manager. Responsible for upkeep of successful admissions and merchandise presentations. Actively communicates with the Direct Supervisor regarding all aspects of the Museum retail endeavors and performance of same. Conduct Special projects and duties as assigned or requested by leadership. About Gilmore Car Museum The mission of the Gilmore Car Museum is to tell the history of America through the automobile.
