In this role, you will assist customers with product selection, provide a welcoming experience, and ensure all transactions are handled accurately and in compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, reliable, and passionate about delivering great service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming store experience Assist customers with product selection based on their preferences and needs Educate customers on different cannabis products including flower, concentrates, edibles, and vapes Process transactions accurately through the POS system Verify customer IDs and ensure all sales follow state compliance regulations Maintain clean and organized product displays and sales floor Restock products and assist with inventory when needed Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and daily deals Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships Qualifications Must meet state legal age requirements to work in a cannabis dispensary Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic knowledge of cannabis products is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips Employee discounts Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive and team-focused work environment
