Sales Associate (Part-Time) Jim's Music | Iron Mountain, MI Jim's Music is seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and has a passion for music. Knowledge of musical instruments, equipment, or music-related products is a plus. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Assist customers in selecting musical instruments, accessories, and related products. Answer questions about products and make recommendations based on customer needs. Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor. Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management. Help promote store sales, special events, and new product arrivals. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed. Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. High School Diploma required. Schedule Part-time position. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
