Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their shipping, printing, and retail needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience and increase sales Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining organized displays Handle cash register operations including cashiering, cash drawer handling, and basic math calculations for transactions Provide clear phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support in inventory management by stocking supplies and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date for effective customer assistance Experience Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in environments involving POS systems and cash register operations Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and retail math enhances performance in this role Familiarity with grocery store or retail store product knowledge is advantageous Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members effectively Previous experience in cashiering, cash handling, merchandising, or grocery store environments will support success in this position Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
