Role:

Join Northwoods Wholesale Outlet as a Hardware Sales Associate and become a vital part of our team! In this role, you'll engage with customers, provide expert advice, and help them find the right tools and supplies for their projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting hardware products and tools based on their needs. Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hardware and DIY projects. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. Participate in regular inventory checks and restocking efforts. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Knowledge of hardware products and tools is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
