Job Description

Ebels Clothing Department in Reed City is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate. We're looking for a friendly, adaptable team member to support daily retail operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Compensation for this position ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers professionally in an active retail setting with face-to-face customer interaction. Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately. Stock, rotate, and display merchandise. Maintain clean and organized shelves, racks, and store areas. Use store systems for product lookup, sales, and returns. Must be 18 years of age. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using computers and cash registers; accurate with basic math. Physically able to stand, walk, lift (up to 35 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally), and perform tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing. Join a team that values hard work, service, and community.
