This role is essential to ensuring every order leaves our facility accurately packed and on time. Because our team is small, you'll sometimes work independently and sometimes alongside other team members. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and takes pride in getting the job done right without constant supervision. Our Rebel Fulfillment Center is located in Rockford, Michigan.

Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Build and assemble shipping boxes Restock inventory and shipping supplies Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and efficient Break down and dispose of cardboard and packaging materials Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation Perform general warehouse cleaning and upkeep What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Dependable with excellent attendance Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Able to work independently while maintaining efficiency Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Long-term candidate, needs availability yearround Shopify experience is a bonus
