Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this position.
