Part-Time or Full-Time Join Our Team! The UPS Store is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning new skills, we'd love to meet you! This position offers opportunities to grow within the company while gaining experience in retail sales, customer service, shipping, printing, and business services. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude. Assist customers with shipping through UPS, USPS, DHL, and other carrier services. Process Amazon returns and other package returns efficiently. Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. Answer phones and assist customers with questions regarding products and services. Prepare, pack, and ship customer packages safely and accurately. Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document services. Create and assemble print orders and basic graphic projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Restock merchandise and assist with inventory as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Weekend availability is preferred.
