Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Maintains quote log, trade show and other sales related files and paperwork and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. Be familiar with and adhere to the Company Core Values; policies - including LPI rules, procedures and processes, ISO 9001:2008 Quality System requirements; OSHA Regulations and company safety rules. Maintain quote log and files (both electronic and paper) - updates new quotes, etc. Pre-load quote templates with customer specifications. Maintains sales calendar. Sales and Field service personnel travel arrangements. LPI tradeshow paperwork / coordination. Log sales representative call logs Maintain customer contact list. Log Sales Engineer trip reports. Generate expense reports as requested. Aftermarket assistance as needed. Maintain beverages and supplies in the conference rooms. Any additional tasks as requested by manager.

Good Communication Skills Microsoft Office Experience Preferred:
SAP Business One experience.
Microsoft Office Hourly:
