Farm Store Team Member About Us At DeGrandchamp Farms, we've been growing high-quality blueberries and cranberries since 1958. Our farm is a place where families, visitors, and neighbors come to enjoy fresh fruit, homemade treats, and time together. Our farm store offers fresh and frozen fruit, baked goods, gifts, specialty products, and a popular ice cream counter. Throughout the year, we strive to create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our farm. The Role We're looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our Farm Store team year-round. This role includes helping customers in the farm store and ice cream shop, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, answering questions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. During busier times of the year, team members may also help support special events, U-pick activities, and other seasonal farm activities. What You'll Do Welcome customers and help create a warm, positive experience Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, and other treats Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Stock and merchandise shelves with fresh fruit, baked goods, gifts, and specialty items Keep the store, ice cream counter, and work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Answer customer questions and share information about our farm, products, and activities Assist with receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise and products Help with special events and other farm activities Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly Assist with other tasks as needed to support the farm store and our customers What We're Looking For Friendly, welcoming attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication skills and willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
