Job Description

Job Summary Ticket Sellers are responsible for selling tickets and rental at the ticket window and handling any operational procedures that accompany this duty. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide Customer Service and ticket/rental sales at the ticket window. Operate the computerized Ticket Sales System and Credit Card Machine. Answer the phone and assist with guest inquiries. Handle guest complaints and misunderstandings. Process payments, which includes accepting cash, counting back change, and processing credit cards. Assist with the preparation of the Daily Ticket Sales Reports and Deposits. Assist with keeping the office area clean and organized. Provide guests with key local information and assistance. Provide superior customer service. Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications Competencies:
Previous experience with Sales 32 and SysManager a plus. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Clear and concise verbal communication skills. Self-directed and able to maximize use of time, resources and technology. Able to analyze, interpret and present data in various formats. Able to work with computers, faxes, copiers, scanners and various other technologies in offices and on resort. Maintains office, employee and company confidentiality at all times. Dependable and meets goals. Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical & Other Requirements:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule. Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration. Non-smoking candidates preferred.
