Industrial Kitchen/Bagger Operator

Position Summary:

The Kitchen Operator is responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring kitchen equipment used in the production of snack products. This role ensures recipes are followed accurately, equipment is maintained properly, and all production meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor kitchen machinery used for mixing, cooking, and preparing products Follow established recipes, formulas, and production procedures to maintain consistency Accurately measure and mix ingredients Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and product texture to meet quality standards Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies Troubleshoot and report equipment issues or malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors Complete production logs, batch records, and quality documentation as required Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food production, machine operation, or manufacturing preferred (training provided) Ability to follow recipes and written instructions accurately Basic math and measurement skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Comfortable working in a warm production environment #

WSG Pay:

$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
