• be responsible for learning and complying with company policies and State laws
• use a Dutchie POS system and customer databases
• assist customers in determining best products
• process transactions and handle cash/credit transactions
• receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders
• set up product displays
• assist in opening and closing procedures
• have excellent customer service skills

However, because of the unique needs of our very regulated industry you MUST also: Have a valid Michigan driver's license, be at least 21 years old, have a clean background check (we are required to conduct a background search), have reliable transportation, a working phone, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, educate yourself and follow Michigan Marijuana Laws, be detailed oriented, computer literate, maintain clean and professional personal hygiene, and be comfortable in a fast paced work environment (stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds of weight).
