If you said yes, then Bazonzoes may be the place for you! Bazonzoes has been providing exemplary service to the marijuana community since 2010. We are looking for a Greeter who will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. If you believe that you can add to our culture of excellence and fun, and can also:

• greet everyone with a friendly face
• be responsible for learning and complying with company policies and State laws
• responsible for checking and scanning customer IDs within a Dutchie POS system and customer databases
• gather contact information for loyalty programs, document necessary details, and create/update customer profiles
• have excellent customer service skills
• answer phones and direct customer calls to appropriate management
• manage customer flow
• can multitask and remain calm under pressure Bazonzoes may be the place for you!

However, because of the unique needs of our very regulated industry, you MUST also: Have a valid Michigan driver's license, be at least 21 years old, have a clean background check (we are required to conduct a background search), have reliable transportation, a working phone, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, educate yourself and follow Michigan Marijuana Laws, be detailed oriented, computer literate, maintain clean and professional personal hygiene, and be comfortable in a fast paced work environment (sit/stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds of weight).
