Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Qualifications No prior sales experience required — we will train you Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Pay range: $45,000
