In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our customers, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front counter. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering experiences for our customers while supporting efficient daily operations.

Duties:

Assist customers in a polite, warm and friendly professional manner Ask customers questions to determine their rental needs and recommend proper equipment provide suggestions if appropriate Prepare rental forms and contracts by obtaining customer signature and other information Explain rental fees and provide information about rented items such as operation of equipment and safety features Answer phones/take orders by phone Resolve customer issues and answer questions Schedule equipment delivery and pickups and assist customers with loading and unloading of equipment Daily audits of open contracts and call overdue rentals Cleans showroom floor and equipment Report safety violations to supervisor Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations Open/close store for the day and align the team on priorities Skills Proven experience inside sales, rental counter sales, auto parts sales or similar role High school diploma or equivalent Customer service aptitude Effective written and oral communication skills Valid driver's license Strong telephone skills Mechanically inclined and able to assist with equipment troubleshooting Rental shop/industry experience preferred Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.

Hours:

7:30 am-5 pm M-Saturday with one day off during the week This position offers an engaging work environment where your enthusiasm and dedication will be valued.
