Why You'll Love This Role Employee-owned company (ESOP = ownership stake) Small, tight-knit team where your work matters Stable 40+ year company with global reach (40+ countries) Hybrid flexibility (2 days remote after training) What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact, responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and urgency Guide customers to the right products based on their needs, answering questions and troubleshooting basic issues along the way Partner with distributors to provide quotes, order support, lead times, and detailed product information Proactively follow up on inbound leads and open quotes to move opportunities forward and drive sales conversion Build strong, lasting relationships through outbound outreach and consistent communication Maintain accurate records in CRM, track activity, and support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives What We're Looking For 1-3+ years in B2B customer service, inside sales, or sales support Strong communication skills (phone + email) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus Schedule ?? Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) ??
