Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Team Member and Retail Counter Associate! In this energetic role, you'll be the heart of our food service operation, delivering exceptional customer experiences while preparing preselected menu items and managing retail transactions. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a lively, welcoming environment where customers feel valued and satisfied. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task between kitchen duties and providing customer service with people at the retail counter. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. Operate kitchen equipment such as roller grills, ovens, and food prep tools safely and effectively. Manage customer orders at the retail counter using POS systems ensuring accurate processing of sales transactions. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols throughout your shift. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments accurately, and reconcile daily cash drawers. Support food safety management practices by following proper sanitation procedures, food handling guidelines, and health regulations. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments. Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers at the retail counter. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining a clean workspace. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing inventory levels. Previous experience in food industry roles is highly desirable.
