Are you ready to be part of an exciting winter season at Spirit Mountain Recreation Area? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Ski Shop Attendant/Cashier. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for delivering excellent guest service. As Ski Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for retail sales and providing exceptional service at our shop.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct retail sales using our point-of-sale system, organizing and cleaning the shop, providing detailed information about products and various Spirit Mountain facilities questions, and efficiently managing transactions. Check in and out cash banks each day and conduct appropriate reconciliation with honesty and integrity. Perform regular inventory checks and adjustments on retail. Help guests be appropriately dressed for the Outdoors and provide detailed information about base layers and staying warm. Share the stoke with guests which includes engaging in their excitement, calming nerves, and being friendly as a guest experience provider. Uphold a high standard of service, cleanliness, and safety in all areas of operation. Assist and guide less experienced staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism, courtesy, and a solution-oriented approach. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during peak times.PERKS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Previous retail experience. Strong ability to interact with guests; customer service experience is highly desired. Physical ability to engage in tasks requiring standing, lifting, or bending. POS experience, cash handling, and counting experience. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Minimum age of 18 years. Familiarity with ticket sales or rental operations is preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to be on your feet, lifting, bending and stooping for extended periods of time. Must be able lift to 25 pounds.Benefits
