Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding LEGO ® products that meet their needs Provide information about available products, including both LEGO ® retail items, as well as additional products available through third party vendors. Process cash transactions accurately, handling cash drawer operations and cash management with precision, including the ability to open and close the registers daily. Perform product data entry for sales records, customer information, and trade-ins for the store. Maintain a clean, organized store environment while adhering to safety and security protocols Skills Experience in retail sales and customer service environments, emphasizing experience with youth and/or families.
