RAM Strategies is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to support our AT&T retail campaign in the Minneapolis area. This in-person role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, wireless technology, retail sales, and helping people choose services that fit their needs. As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers, learn about their current wireless needs, explain available AT&T products and service options, and support customers through the sales and account setup process. As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will: Welcome and engage customers in a professional retail environment Ask questions to understand customer wireless and service needs Explain AT&T wireless products, plans, promotions, and service options As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate,recommend products and services based on each customer's needs Support retail sales conversations from introduction through enrollment Assist customers with account setup and service activation Answer customer questions about devices, plans, and account options Maintain accurate customer and account information Work toward individual and team Wireless Retail Sales Associate sales goals Build strong customer relationships through clear communication Support account management and customer follow-up when needed Develop practical experience in wireless sales, retail service, and customer support A successful Wireless Retail Sales Associate is friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with different customers throughout the day.
