Sales Associate King's Custom | Trailers & Sheds King's Custom is looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Sales Associate to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable taking initiative, and can help customers find the right trailer, shed, or custom solution for their needs. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working in a small-business environment where every team member plays an important role. Position Responsibilities As a Sales Associate, you will: Assist customers in selecting trailers, sheds, and available customization options Greet and assist customers both in person and through phone, text, email, and online inquiries Learn our inventory, product specifications, available options, pricing, and financing programs Follow up with prospective customers and sales leads Provide quotes and help customers navigate the purchasing process from initial inquiry through final sale Assist customers interested in custom trailer or shed configurations Maintain accurate information regarding available inventory and sold units Help keep the sales lot, showroom, and product displays organized and customer-ready Take and/or assist with inventory photos and product information for online listings Support social media, Marketplace, and other sales efforts as needed Coordinate with other team members to ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the entire buying process Complete sales paperwork and other basic administrative responsibilities associated with each transaction Develop relationships with customers that encourage referrals and repeat business What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers Motivated by sales and achieving goals Dependable and able to work independently Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, websites, email, and basic sales technology Willing to learn trailer and shed specifications, options, and terminology Comfortable following up with leads rather than simply waiting for customers to come in Able to provide a low-pressure, helpful sales experience A strong communicator with good problem-solving skills Willing to help wherever needed in a growing small business Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Experience in trailer, automotive, equipment, powersports, construction, shed, or similar sales is a plus.
