Brightside Windows is expanding our Minneapolis team , and we're looking for motivated people who want to work with a growing company where effort and performance are recognized. This is a full-time W-2 position starting at $17+ per hour , plus performance bonuses and employee benefits. No previous sales experience is required. We'll provide the training, coaching, and support—you bring the attitude and work ethic. What You'll Do Represent Brightside Windows in Minneapolis-area communities Connect with homeowners face-to-face Introduce our window products and services Generate interest and schedule free consultations Track daily activity and results Work toward individual and team goals This is an active, field-based role for people who enjoy staying busy and interacting with others.
