What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Crew Member Connect with prospective customers and introduce AT&T products and services. Learn about customer needs and recommend solutions based on their preferences. Guide customers through product and service options while creating a positive experience. Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up. Support daily sales initiatives and contribute to individual and team goals. Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on experience. Work closely with team members to share ideas, support daily activities, and help create a positive team environment. Participate in AT&T Sales Crew Member team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities. Continue improving your product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and overall sales performance. What We're Looking For in an AT&T Sales Crew Member Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Prior AT&T Sales Crew Member experience is a plus. Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
