Job Description

NAPA Auto Parts store looking full time employee with Management opportunities to assist wholesale and retail customers with their automotive, tool and equipment needs. When not assisting customers, will be responsible for putting freight away, stocking shelves, and general cleanliness of the store inside and out. Will also deliver products to our wholesale accounts in and around Montevideo in our company vehicle. This position would require to work every other Saturday from 8am-4pm. With core skills in inventory management, retail sales, and customer service, you will handle deliveries, assist customers at the counter, and maintain accurate inventory records. Your premium skills in automotive diagnostics, negotiation, and sales management will enable you to provide expert advice to customers and drive sales. Utilize your relevant skills in stocking, order fulfillment, and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.   • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair is a plus
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for order fulfillment and stocking tasks
  • Good driving record and ability to maintain it.
Pay:
