Position Overview The Budtender is responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience by assisting customers with cannabis product selection, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, knowledgeable (or eager to learn), and comfortable using retail technology systems. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and other related items Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology accurately and efficiently Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment Restock displays and assist with inventory management Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Immediate availability Demonstrated reliability and punctuality Retail customer service experience and comfort using related technology (POS systems, tablets, or retail software) Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Preferred Qualifications Previous cannabis industry experience (not required) Knowledge of cannabis products and effects Experience with compliance-heavy retail environments What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a brand-new store opening Career advancement opportunities as the company grows Supportive and team-focused work environment Ongoing training and product education How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief introduction explaining why you would be a great addition to our team.
