5D Wellness is looking for a reliable, motivated Cross-Over Sales Associate to support both our wellness retail store/dispensary and our adjacent self-serve spa. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and staying busy in a hands-on environment.

Primary Responsibilities Retail Store & Dispensary:

Greet and assist customers with purchases in Dispensary and Spa Restock shelves and maintain product displays Answer phone calls, texts and assist with inquiries in general Cash handling (counting down register, logging totals accurately) Bag DoorDash orders (as needed) Support sales and product education as new strains or product comes in. Sell memberships and promote services(massage, red light therapy, salt therapy, etc) Spa Support (Unmanned Spa Next Door): Clean dry saunas Clean and maintain tubs, filters, etc. Sweep, mop, vacuum and general cleaning around spa and store(check list provided) Take out garbage(s) Do laundry(SPA Towels and sheets from massages) Provide tours and info to potential members This role requires someone who can transition smoothly between customer-facing sales and behind-the-scenes operational tasks. Requirements- Must be 21 years or older Must pass a background check Reliable transportation Comfortable handling cash Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred (but not required): Background or interest in wellness Knowledge of supplements Familiarity with cannabis products Ideal Candidate-We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized Is confident speaking with customers Is dependable and punctual Can multitask and stay productive during slower periods Is comfortable in both a retail and wellness-focused environment If you're interested in joining a growing wellness-focused business and enjoy a mix of sales, operations, and hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
