Pro Shop Attendant

Izatys is seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our Pro Shop team. In this role, team members will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests and golfers by assisting with daily operations in the Pro Shop and outside services. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, working in a team environment, and being part of a fun golf atmosphere. As a Pro Shop team member, you will assist with day-to-day operations including customer service, tee time management, merchandise sales, and golf cart operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all golfers from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities Pro Shop Front Desk:

Greet customers and check in golfers for tee times Manage tee sheet and assist with reservations Operate point-of-sale system for merchandise and daily fees Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop Provide excellent customer service and course information

Cart Attendant:

Clean, stage, and organize golf carts for daily play Ensure carts are fully fueled and ready for use Pick up, wash, and store carts after rounds Maintain cleanliness of cart storage area and practice areas

General Duties:

Assist guests with a positive and professional attitude Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable Follow all safety procedures and course policies Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 16 years of age (or meet legal working age requirements) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Basic computer or POS system knowledge is a plus (training provided) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred (for cart operations) Work Schedule Seasonal position running spring through fall Flexible scheduling available (Part-Time and Full-Time) Weekend and evening shifts required during peak golf season Compensation $12.00 - $15.00 per hour , depending on availability and experienceIf you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced golf environment and providing great customer service, we encourage you to apply!
