Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for delivering an efficient, professional, and service-driven golf operation. The Head Golf Professional will oversee the daily operation of the Golf Shop, Outside Services, and Player Assistance staff while taking a leadership role in tee sheet management, tournaments, leagues, outings, Golf Genius, staffing, and customer service. This position also has a strong sales and business development focus , including generating and renewing golf outings, corporate events, advertising, and sponsorship opportunities. During the off-season, the position will shift heavily toward outbound sales, prospecting, event renewals, planning, and preparation for the upcoming golf season.
